Will someone have to be there to sign for the package?
Yes. All of our packages will ship with signature confirmation.
SOMEONE EMAILED ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL ID VERIFICATION, WHY?
All orders with different shipping and billing addresses will require this additional step. This is simply to protect the individual making the purchase and to combat credit card fraud.

If the items are available for purchase they are In Stock, Please be advised that built items (Uppers, Kits, ext...) will take addition building time.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please Contact us for orders wishing to use money order or checks.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
NO. Due to US laws we do not ship any items outside the United States.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADD ANOTHER ITEM?
Yes, as long as your order has not been ship out yet, we are more than happy to assist you in making changes to your order.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email when your order has been shipped. The second email will also include a tracking number for you to track the process of your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you receive the second email indicating your items have shipped, It usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive to your address. Please Be advised all items over 50$ will be shipped with signature conformation.

DO I NEED MY INVOICE OR RECEIPT TO RETURN A ITEM?
No, but if possible please have your order number or provide us with the name used for the order and we can look you up in our system.
MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If an item was damaged or parts were missing please contact us
