Build a complete, range-ready AR-15 rifle from the ground up with the Always Armed 16" 5.56 NATO Rifle Kit. Precision-engineered and 100% Made in the USA, this all-in-one package includes everything needed to complete your build (just add your choice of stripped lower receiver).

Built around a forged Mil-Spec 7075 T6 aluminum upper receiver—equipped with an installed dust cover and forward assist—the upper features a 16" 4150 steel barrel with a long-lasting Black Nitride finish. Chambered in 5.56 NATO with a versatile 1:7 twist rate and a reliable carbine-length gas system pinned to a .750 low-profile gas block, this setup delivers consistent cycling, tight accuracy, and long-term barrel life.

The barrel is enclosed within a 15" Free-Float M-LOK Handguard, providing maximum top rail length for optics and ample M-LOK slots for modern tactical accessories. The muzzle is capped with a standard A2 flash hider.

This comprehensive kit comes fully equipped with a high-quality Bolt Carrier Group (BCG), standard charging handle, complete Mil-Spec lower parts kit, carbine buffer tube assembly, and a classic M4 buttstock. Out of the box, it also includes a Shooter's Gate Bi-Pod for benchtop stability and a set of Trinity Force Sights for quick target acquisition.
