Build a reliable, full-length pistol caliber carbine with the Always Armed 16" 9mm Upper Receiver in Flat Dark Earth (FDE). Precision-engineered and 100% Made in the USA, this high-performance upper assembly combines a durable Cerakote finish with target-grade barrel performance for your AR-9 build.

Built on a forged Mil-Spec 7075 T6 aluminum upper receiver—complete with an installed dust cover and forward assist—this unit features a 16" 4150 steel barrel with a long-lasting Black Nitride finish. Chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum with a 1:10 twist rate, it ensures smooth feeding, long barrel life, and exceptional target accuracy. The muzzle is cut with a standard 1/2x36 thread pattern and fitted with a matching 1/2x36 A2 flash hider.

The barrel is enclosed within an extended 15" Free-Float M-LOK Handguard finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote, offering full-length top Picatinny rail space for optics and iron sights, along with ample M-LOK attachment slots for grips, lights, and accessories.
