Its adaptable mounting system includes MOLLE straps for vertical plate carrier attachment and a 3-inch belt loop for horizontal mounting, allowing immediate deployment of the included C-A-T® tourniquet. Whether mounted vertically to open left-to-right or worn low-profile on a duty belt, the M-FAK keeps life-saving trauma supplies organized, accessible, and ready when every second counts.
