• Grade 1 Polished Chrome Carrier: Machined from 8620 alloy with a full-auto profile, heat-treated, and finished in Grade 1 polished hard chrome for enhanced lubricity and simple maintenance.

• Hardened Nitride Bolt: Precision-machined 9310 alloy bolt that is carburized, case-hardened, shot-peened, and Nitrided for superior surface strength.
• Heavy-Duty Extraction: Equipped with a 4140 tool steel Nitrided extractor, AMS6440/52100 pin, 5-coil spring (393,000 PSI max tensile strength), 80 Durometer insert, and a high-temp Viton (FKM) fluoropolymer O-ring.
