Every bolt undergoes 100% High Pressure Proof (HPT) testing with M197/SAAMI equivalent rounds, followed immediately by 100% Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) per ASTM E1444 and MIL-STD-410 standards to guarantee flaw-free structural integrity.

• Bolt Assembly: Precision machined from 9310 alloy steel, carburized, case-hardened, shot-peened, and PVD coated. Features AMS 5906 stainless steel gas rings and an S7 shock-resistant tool steel ejector with heat-treated ASTM A 228 spring wire.
• Carrier & Gas Key: 8620 steel carrier with hard chrome bore and full-auto profile. The 4130 chromoly gas key features a hard chrome internal bore, installed using Permatex aviation gasket sealer, torqued to 55 ft-lbs, and pneumatically staked.
• Extractor: Machined 4140 tool steel with 5-coil ASTM Grade A 228 spring (393,000 PSI max tensile strength), Viton O-ring, 80-durometer black insert, and precision ground AMS6440/52100 bearing grade steel pin.
• Firing & Cam Pin: 8740 steel firing pin precision ground with hard chrome plating; 4340 chromoly steel cam pin with PVD finish.
