Featuring a smooth black Nitride finish across the carrier, bolt, gas key, cam pin, and extractor, this BCG offers reduced friction, effortless cleaning, and extreme wear protection. The gas key is installed with Permatex aviation gasket sealer, torqued to 55 ft-lbs, and pneumatically staked to prevent gas loss and failure.

• Full Nitride Construction: Hardened Nitride finish applied to the 8620 alloy carrier, 9310 precision-machined bolt, 4130 chromoly gas key, and 4340 chromoly cam pin for supreme surface hardness and corrosion protection.
